Thank you for shopping at The Kindness Cause. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds below.

Returns

As a small retailer committed to benefitting our cause partners and changing the world, we contribute a large percentage of our profit toward causes and operate on thin margins. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase if the following conditions.

  • Return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
    • Due to our commitment of donating to our nonprofit partners in a timely manner, we cannot accept returns after 14 days of the product being received by the customer.
  • Returns must be unworn with the original tags attached and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. 
  • Due to our thin margins, customers are responsible for return shipping fees ($8).
  • Returns must be processed through our return portal below. Please have the order ID number and email address used to make the purchase. You can access the portal below.
    • Please note return confirmation and tracking emails will come from the email address doddle@mail.poweredbydoddle.com.

Quality/Printing Errors

If the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged or in a bad quality, please contact The Kindness Cause Customer Service Team at customerservice@thekindnesscause.com and attach photos of the errors within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will inspect the errors and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, The Kindness Cause will credit back your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, please allow 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your bank account or credit card. If a refund is given, the amount collected for donation to our nonprofit partner will not be donated and will be returned back to the customer’s original payment method. We will deduct $8 from the refund owed to cover the cost of the return shipping. 

If you are returning a gift and not the original purchaser, The Kindness Cause will issue a gift credit for the value of your return less $8 for return shipping once the return is received.
