Shipping policy

At The Kindness Cause, we are committed to transparent, reliable shipping while using commerce as a force for good. Because we offer both in-stock inventory and print-on-demand products, shipping timelines may vary by item.

Order Processing Times

In-Stock Inventory

Items owned and stocked by The Kindness Cause are shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada and typically process within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.

Print-on-Demand (POD) Products

Print-on-demand items are produced after your order is placed. Production time varies by product and manufacturer but is typically 2–7 business days. Some POD items may take 3–7 business days before shipment.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates (U.S. Orders)

  • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $25

  • $6.00 flat-rate shipping on U.S. orders under $25

We ship using USPS, UPS, and occasionally DHL, depending on package weight, destination, and fulfillment location.

Estimated Delivery Times (After Shipment)

In-Stock Inventory

Standard U.S. delivery window: 3–5 business days

Print-on-Demand Items

Shipping window after production: 5–7 business days

Total delivery time for POD products may be longer due to production + shipping.

Split Shipments

Because some items are fulfilled from different locations, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. You will receive tracking information for each package once it ships.

International Orders

Select products may be available for international shipping. Customers outside the United States should contact customerservice@thekindnesscause.com prior to placing an order to confirm availability, rates, and timelines.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact our customer service team so we can investigate with the carrier. We will work with you to replace the order if items are available.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at customerservice@thekindnesscause.com. If a package must be reshipped due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.

Holiday & High-Volume Periods

Shipping times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, or high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to fulfill every order with care.
